We deal directly with wholesalers who need to get rid of excess stock. We buy direct and pass the savings on to you. This allows DMF to sell items at prices up to 80% less than the recommended retail prices.
WHY DO WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF ITEMS PER GARMENT?
Because of our unique buying process we don’t buy items individually, our stock comes assorted. We always know which brands we are getting but cannot tell how many items of each garment will be available in the stock.
WHY DOES STOCK RUN OUT? WHY DON’T WE ORDER MORE?
While we always endeavor to stock enough for demand, we order our products a long way in advance to secure the best low prices for you. Sometimes if demand is very high, we can sell out quickly. WHY ARE WE UNABLE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON PRODUCT AVAILABILITY?
We only stock products that are great value and at low prices. While we always try to have something in every garment category, if we can’t get a good deal for you, we won’t stock it. Come and see us in-store regularly to make the most of our low prices and ever-changing new stock items.
DO WE CHECK OUR STOCK REGULARLY TO ENSURE IT’S GOOD?
Yes, at DMF we frequently test our stock to ensure everything we sell meets the original product quality standard. That means what we stock is no different to products bought in other major retailers – except for our exceptionally low prices! However, there are those rare garments that have been repaired and these will have a red sticker and will be priced at even lower prices.
DO WE GUARANTEE OUR PRODUCTS?
Yes. We are so sure of our product we back them with a One Hundred Percent Guarantee. Should you not be entirely happy with any purchase, simply return it with your receipt and the tag still attached to the item (as proof of purchase) for an exchange – please visit our T&C’s page for more detail.
WHEN IS YOUR LOCAL DMF OPEN?
Opening hours vary from store to store – you can look the hours up here on our website, or give one our stores a call.Is there a DMF coming to your neighborhood soon? We’re always on the lookout for great new store locations. Once a new location has been picked, we’ll advertise it here on our website as well as in local newspapers, on radio and in other ways, so keep an eye out.
DO WE DO LAY-BUYS?
Our lay-buy policy is as follows; 30% of the total lay-buy amount is required as a deposit. You will then have 12 weeks (3 months) to settle the rest of the amount. Should you wish to cancel your lay-buy, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee, which will be taken off your deposit. Lay-buys can be exchanged within 7 days should the customer be unhappy with their choice.
DO WE HAVE AN ONLINE STORE OR OFFER COURIER SERVICES?
Unfortunately not, all our purchases take place on site.What is the shopping experience like at our store?
With a wide variety of brands and categories including shoes and accessories, DMF always advises that customers put aside at least an hour of shopping time to be able to go through all the racks to find their special item. There are always unique promos taking place, filling your shopping with constant excitement and surprises. So come in and be a part of the treasure hunt!
HOW DOES OUR EXCHANGE POLICY WORK?
We do not facilitate refunds, only exchanges and all exchanges should be done within 14 days from the day of purchase just as long as the relevant receipt is submitted and your garment is still tagged.
